The delivery time for the USA, European countries will take 10-40 days for delivery.
* Tracking information
After we send the package, customers will receive an automatic email with tracking information.
* Lost package policy
If a package does not arrive within 4 weeks of the shipping date, then that package will be treated as lost. In this case, a new package will be sent in order to be able to provide the customer with the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are unable to create the same items to replace the lost ones, we will either propose similar products to customers or reimburse their costs as mutually agreed with the customer. If one or more items are neither the same nor similar available, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely so that the total cost of the order including shipping costs will be fully reimbursed

We offer a 180-day guarantee on every item you purchase from this website. A 15-day guarantee is applied for return & exchange time, while a 180-day guarantee is applied to a free repair. Item can only be returned or exchanged if it is defective. Exchanges and does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by external reasons (such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product, etc.). Warranty does not cover water damage, damage due to personal abuse/negligence, so we do not strongly recommend swimming, diving, surfing, or any other similar activity with you.

In 15 days (from the date the goods are signed/received) if you request the return of the purchased item, it can be returned and refunded under the following conditions.
1. Products should be returned in their original packaging, which means that they have not been used (except tryout), worn, plastic removed, damaged, scratched, or tampered with.
2. All return charges are at the customer's own expense.
3. When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will send it to you at $ 20-40 shipping & handling cost for the time and then deduct a refund.
4. Allow 15 days for the refund to arrive in your account.
5. Please note that 30 days after we cannot issue a refund but an exchange will be accepted.
6. Please note that refunds do not apply to products that have suffered physical damage as a result of habit. If so, exchanges will make sense.
Exchanges
In 14 days (from the date the goods are signed/received), if you find the products you are buying are not satisfactory, it can be returned and replaced under the following conditions.

2. All return charges are at the customer's own expense.
3. When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with a new one and ship it back to you.
4. As there are delivery costs and shipping costs involved, please kindly understand that we have to charge you 10-20 GBP shipping & handling costs before we can send you the replacement item.
5. Exchanges will perform adjustments to price difference (if any).
6. Please note that if you want to replace the item after the guaranteed 14-day period, you are suggested to contact us directly for further processing.
No return will be accepted without:
A previous email stating the specific problem. (Please wait until you hear back from us).
